"I called Ron on a Monday morning and he was able to schedule me for Wednesday morning to look at my dryer. He was on time (a little early actually). Based on my issues he was able to diagnose and try a repair that he thought might work, but didn't recommend I spend too much more. He also charged a bit less since the part repair didn't look promising to fix the issue. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and definitely not pushing for expensive repairs/fixes that were not needed. Ultimately we most likely will replace the dryer, but that is due to the age/cost to repair, and Ron was honest in saying that might be the most cost effective path. Will definitely call him again for other appliance repairs in the future!"

"Ron was on time, friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He saved me money, diagnosing the issue I thought I had with my Dryer as an extension of an issue I knew I had with the Washer - only needed to modify one appliance, not both! Could have taken me for both but was honest. Will definitely be my first call for appliance repairs in the future."
