"River City appliance is amazing. When my fridge stopped working I contacted them on a Sunday. Ron walked me through the process over the phone on how to defrost the fridge to prepare for repair. The very next morning Ron was at my house and had the repair done in lightning speed. I am so happy with his professionalism and courtesy. Definitely an A+ company and will use again. Ron was very reasonable in rates as well."

"Ron was here today to look at our refrigerator water line and oven. Was here within 30 minutes and honestly shared that he was not able to fix water line as it required plumbing work. No charge for assessment. Oven was repaired on the spot. Will definitely use him for all of our appliance needs and would recommend to anyone!"
