"Ron was assigned to my AHS claim for my 15 year old Frigidaire front load washer and was incredibly responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. He identified my washer's issue and went above and beyond in expediting my case to his AHS rep. Within hours of his visit to my home I had resolution with AHS so I could shop for my new washer knowing my claim was processed. He even called later that night to make sure everything went okay and his experiences with the different brands. Thanks Ron!"

"He was very honest and professional. Was able to get right out to my house within 2 hours of me calling. Didn't try to charge me for any parts I didn't need. This is the second time I have had him out for different appliance issues and both times he fixed the necessary items and nothing more. Would recommend him to anyone. Great company!"

"I woke up to my freezer coated in melted ice cream and my fridge slowly reaching unsafe food temperatures. I called Ron around 9:45 and he was at my house by 11:00 and out of there by 11:10. He pulled out my fridge, opened up the back, and then immediately recognized my problem. Instead of trying to sell me on a fix he just told me the cost and recommended buying a new fridge. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone."
