"I woke up to my freezer coated in melted ice cream and my fridge slowly reaching unsafe food temperatures. I called Ron around 9:45 and he was at my house by 11:00 and out of there by 11:10. He pulled out my fridge, opened up the back, and then immediately recognized my problem. Instead of trying to sell me on a fix he just told me the cost and recommended buying a new fridge. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone."

"I would highly recommend Ron and River City Appliance for any repairs you need. My washer wasn’t draining properly. Ron was able to come out just a few hours after I called him to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He needed to order a new pump for it and even offered to come fix it on a Saturday when the part came in on the weekend. Ron is very polite and prompt. His repairs and communication along the way were both excellent. I will definitely use River City Appliance for all my future repairs!"
