"Over the phone Ron had me check a few things on our dryer, and he recommended that we replace the 8 year old gas dryer rather than fix it.
We will definitely call him first for our next appliance repair needs."

"Just talk to Ron and you'll see he is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I did some diagnosis of my problem ahead of time before calling Ron. Not only did he know my problem was a common one but he was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone and it was obvious I was better off buying a new fridge. Ron could have easily withheld his knowledge over the phone and come out just to charge me a service call but he didn't. You don't find honesty like that much anymore. Although I didn't use his service this time Ron will definitely be my first call next time I need an appliance repair."
