"Ron from River City Appliance was phenomenal! He made a service call to diagnose the problem with an installed microwave. Scheduling was easy and he called the morning of to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time. Fixed my problem on the initial call. No parts needed. He only charged me for the initial service call at the price we had agreed on when the appointment was set. I will definitely be calling Ron again if I need help!"

"Only had a phone call with them but it was incredibly helpful. Would have definitely hired them if I was in their service area. I called after a local company (the only one open at the time in my city) told me that I should be very concerned about a fridge Freon leak and try to move the fridge outside. I called river city for a second opinion. After being asked a few questions about my fridge, I received honest advice and was immediately calmed. No reason to try to move the fridge, or invest a ton in repairs as it was over 15 years old. Big thank you to River City appliance."
